Let's Explore

This project teaches children about the environments that they share with others, including their homes, school and places in the local community.

We read the book The Hike and made a map and flags before going on our very own hike!

Writing

Children are doing a fantastic job in phonics learning a new sound every day and practising writing each letter. 

Maths

In maths we have been learning about counting, the composition of numbers, mass and capacity and patterns. 

We spend lots of time learning outside. 

Understanding the world

We learned about how Diwali is celebrated and explored making diya lamps and rangoli patterns.
