  • Visits, trips and experiences

Your child will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of visits, trips and experiences whilst they are a pupil at DPA.  These have been carefully planned to deepen and further learning and understanding or to inspire and foster independence, confidence and perseverance.

We try to keep the costs for trips down to a minimum and never make a profit from these opportunities.  All school trips that take place within the school day are paid for through voluntary contributions from parents/carers.  The school cannot afford to subsidise or pay for these trips, and so, if insufficient contributions are received from parents/carers the trip will not be able to go ahead.  Please do speak to the school office if you are finding any payment difficult.

For residential trips and special trips, such as O2 choir trip, payment must be made in full in advance of the trip to ensure that your child has a place.
