Welcome to Year 5!

We are looking forward to another brilliant year in Year 5! We will be learning lots of new things this year, and becoming independent learners to prepare us for year 6 and beyond! 

There are many online learning platforms that can be used to support your child's learning at home. It is important that your child reads each day- this can be logged onto Boomreader. Your child will also have log-ins for Sumdog and Times Tables Rockstars to support them in their maths, spelling and times tables.

Our PE days are Tuesday and Friday! The children will be learning ukelele every Monday. Once permission slips have been returned, the children will be able to bring them home to practice, and bring them into school each Monday.
